This page describes the information needed to process a cake request.
Information used
At checkout you provide a name, email, phone number, fulfillment choices, notes, and allergy information. The system uses these details to price, prepare, contact you about, and fulfill the order.
Addresses and delivery estimates
When you request delivery, address search text may be sent to Geoapify for suggestions, normalization, and routing. The bakery stores the normalized address, coordinates, and route distance in its database to fulfill orders and reduce future provider calls; typed address text is not written to application logs.
On-device storage
The versioned cart is stored in localStorage so it can recover after a reload. A private order access token is stored on the device after successful checkout. You can remove site data in your browser settings.
